  SCUBA DIVE CLASSES 

 

  • OPEN WATER DIVER —ONLINE OR TRADITIONAL

Your education and training includes the following:

  1. All scuba equipment for use in both confined water and open water

  2. Use of all facilities - classroom and 12' indoor pool

  3. Your open water dives in Monterey

  4. A NAUI Certification card (good anywhere in the world) on your successful completion of the course.

You will need to provide: Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Booties, Gloves and Naui Textbook or Naui online access (All available at Anderson's Scuba at 10% discounts).

Online training is blended with pool training

Do your classroom and confined water training here, with open water class, and use our referral program to complete your training anywhere in the world.

  • SCUBA RESCUE DIVER  [2 min.]

THIS COURSE TRAINS DIVERS IN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED TO MANAGE RISKS AND EFFECTIVELY HANDLE LIMITED IN-WATER PROBLEMS AND DIVING EMERGENCIES. INCLUDED ARE: ASSISTS, TRANSPORTS, SURFACE RESCUES AND RESCUES FROM DEPTH INVOLVING SKIN AND SCUBA DIVERS. THE COURSE MEETS THE PREREQUISITE RESCUE TRAINING FOR SKIN DIVING INSTRUCTOR, NAUI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR, DIVEMASTER, AND INSTRUCTOR CERTICICATIONS.

First Aid and CPR are prerequisites to Scuba Rescue Diver.  **NOW INCLUDED **

Students to supply their own diving equipment and the NAUI Scuba Rescue Education System.

MANY DIVEMASTERS ARE EMPLOYED FULL-TIME OR WORK INDEPENDENTLY SUPERVISING CERTIFIED DIVERS DURING CLUB, STORE, RESORT OR CHARTER TOUR AND TRAVEL ACTIVITIES. AS A NAUI DIVEMASTER, YOU ENJOY AGAIN AND AGAIN ADVENTURES TO WHICH YOU INTRODUCE YOUR CLIENTS. ANOTHER OPTION LEADING TO NAUI INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATION.

Overview

THE NAUI DIVEMASTER RATING IS THE HIGHTEST NAUI LEADERSHIP-LEVEL CERTIFICATION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INSTRUCTOR. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DIVERS TO ORGANIZE AND CONDUCT ENJOYABLE OPEN WATER DIVES FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS.

CLASSES ARE RUN IN REAL LIFE SITUATION WITH AN ONGOING OPEN WATER CLASS. COURSE'S AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND ON YOUR SCHEDULE.
